Working method :
A tube generates ultraviolet germicidal rays transforming oxygen into ozone, thus killing bacteria. The effect od UV rays (254 n.m.) is well known, it is a totally virucide and germicide, efficient. The cupboards generating ozone, thus ensure an excellent decontamination of ustensils fixed to magnetic bars. The cupboards, which conform to hygiene norms, find applications in all branches of industry and food trades. Built in brushed 18/10 stainless steel, they are meant to last and can be installed in all kinds of atmospheres including humid environments.

Use :
After cleaning the knifes, place them on the magnetic bars and turn the timer from 0 to 2 hours.
Advised time : 1,5 hours. At the end of the length of time, the knifes are sterilized and ready for use.
