Aerospray is a technique which creates a fine mist composed of billions of micro droplets. These minute particles are diffused with the aid of an air canon across the entire surface and area to be treated. The Aerospray treatment is indispensable for food processing industries, pharmaceutical laboratories, cosmetic suppliers, medical practitioners and all public service areas
(including restaurants, bars and retail food outlets).

This technique is used in all areas at risk from biological and micro-organisms contamination where hygiene is critical and where the risk of contamination is high. Examples include food processing and packaging areas, meat and fish preparation areas, cold storage rooms and dry storage areas. Further examples where our product can be beneficial are in the medical profession, operating theatres, intensive care units, hospitals, clinics and nurseries as well as in the field of public service including exhibition centres, theatres and gymnasiums as well as airport and transport locations.

The Aerobio device offers several treatments :

Disinfection of surfaces
Deodorisation of premises
Large volume insect dis-infestation
Humidity control

The different models of Aerobio are adapted to each application.

A. Area disinfection by air
The disinfectant density is between 6 and 8mls per cubic metre. Once the parameters of the density and of the area volume are registered the Aerobio device operates automatically until the process is completed.
Both the aero spray process and the ventilation process have the same running time.

B. Deodourisation of premises
Once the density and the area volume indications for deodorisation are registered the Aerobio device runs in the same way as the disinfection application.
